Our Operations team is responsible for the overall cruising logistics of our fleet of 10 modern small cruise ships and riverboats. Responsibilities of the department include scheduling and designing itineraries, coordinating shore tours, and hiring onboard marine officers, hotel staff, and entertainment. The Operations function also encompasses the purchasing of all onboard supplies including, fuel, food and beverage, furnishings, and more. The efficiency of this department is integral to passenger satisfaction. Members of the operations team must be detailed orientated with a focus on efficiency and quality.
