Shipboard Managers

At American Cruise Lines, we pride ourselves on providing our guests with the most personalized service in the industry. Our shipboard managers must ensure our high standards are met, in every facet of the cruise experience.

Hospitality management positions are available for a variety of interests and experience levels. We work with each manager to provide an enriching environment in which to develop personally and professionally.

Being a manager on board a cruise ship is an adventurous career choice. Every day you will visit a different city and view a new landscape. In addition, all on board living expenses are covered, so you will be able to enjoy the journey while saving and earning competitive pay.

Note: Due to Coast Guard regulations, we can only hire American citizens to work on board our ships. All candidates must pass a USCG pre-employment drug test.
