Onboard Chefs

We pride ourselves on being able to serve our passengers with exceptional dishes that not only incorporate the regional culinary traditions of where we cruise, but also use the freshest produce, meat, and seafood. Taking on a chef position with American Cruise Lines is a unique culinary experience that is also personally rewarding. Whether your interests lie in preparing the finest pastry or assembling exquisite entrees, our culinary careers are ideal for those who have a passion for providing others with an excellent dining experience.

While on board, our chefs have access to the latest appliances and are provided with the best ingredients to serve our guests. Also, as a result of our ship size, the number of passengers that need to be catered to is smaller, allowing our chefs flexibility in the creation of their dishes and the ability to experiment with different flavors and techniques. Though we do require our chefs to have previous culinary experience, we will train you in the etiquette of the culinary world of a cruise ship. Our servers are well-trained in customer service and our food and beverage managers will be there to help you through every step of the dining process.
