Join the Crew
Our crew is the first point of contact with our guests and an essential part of the cruise experience. Members of our crew must be energetic, team players, able to problem solve, have strong communication skills, and a great work ethic.
Our crew positions are ideal for those who are just starting out in the hospitality industry and are designed to provide valuable, hands-on hospitality experience, as well as the chance to work alongside our seasoned shipboard employees.
While on board, crew members receive a holistic view of the cruising industry as well as the fundamentals of hotel and restaurant management. Also, these positions strengthen leadership, communication, and time management skills which are necessary for almost any career path.
For a maximum of 28 weeks, Hotel Service Members, Deckhands, and Gallery Stewards will live and work on board one of our luxury cruise ships while earning competitive pay.
Note: Due to Coast Guard regulations, we can only hire American citizens to work on board our ships. All candidates must pass a USCG pre-employment drug test.
