Our crew positions are temporary, but they are ideal for those starting out in the hospitality industry and want an introduction to the field. They are designed to give you valuable, hands-on hospitality experience as well as the chance to work alongside our seasoned shipboard employees. While on board, you will receive a holistic view of the cruising industry and be taught the fundamentals of hotel and restaurant management. Also, these positions will do much to strengthen your leadership, communication, and time management skills which are necessary for almost any career path. For a maximum of 16 weeks, Hotel Service Members, Deckhands, and Gallery Stewards will live and work on board one of our luxury cruise ships while earning competitive pay.
Note: Due to Coast Guard regulations, we can only hire American citizens to work on board our ships. All candidates must also be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test to be officially hired.
