Onboard Musicians and Lecturers

The entertainment on board our ships is aimed at enhancing the experiences that our passengers receive on their shore excursions. Guest lecturers are meant to introduce as well as expand upon the history learned in the ports of call. While on board, lecturers will give presentations or talks on a relevant aspect of the cruise. They will also be responsible for escorting guests on shore tours and providing commentary when necessary. Successful candidates in the past have been experts in geography, ecology, American history, and knowledgeable in the ports of call of our cruise itineraries. Being an onboard lecturer is also a great opportunity for recently retired teachers or university professors.

Our guest musicians and singers provide entertainment to our passengers throughout the cruise. We usually look for acts that will complement the itineraries of our cruises and be enjoyable for our passenger demographic. Performances are usually given in the evening after the dinner service and are meant to further engage our passengers in the theme of the cruise.
